Isso funciona porque ambas imagens são sobrepostas, só que quando selecionados a imagem o IE cria uma grade e essa grade acaba ficando emcima dos pixels da primeira imagem sobrando só a segunda imagem This works because both images are superimposed, only when it selected the image to IE creates a grid and that grid just getting emcima of the pixels of the first image left only the second image
